Sewell Residence

This project required the designer to overcome the challenges of a ceiling beam running the width of the kitchen. The beam made it impossible to extend the cabinets to the ceiling at that location. To overcome this challenge, the custom design incorporated the beam, creating a transition point in the kitchen where the heights changed. The cooking triangle was also rearranged to improve this new Langley kitchen’s functionality.
